what are some software tools that every computer technician should have with them at all times?

like on their usb drive. some diagnostic tools or some programs? i need some ideas. thanks

1)device managers from hard rive manufactures so you can diagnose hds.
2)anti virus.
3)different Os ready to be install.
4)bootable diagnostic hardware programs.
5)backups of different drivers for hardware from different computers.
6) bios updates from different sources.
7)A good prayer book.
