Does the Adobe CS4 software work well on the13 inch MacBook Pro’s?
I am wanting to buy a macbook pro 13 inch laptop because i love the size and of course i need it for school. I’m a comm tech and advertising major. I would really like to buy this computer and use it with the adobe cs4 software and other programs i may want to add on but i am not sure it will hold all the software on it. Any recommendations? Please Help!!!!
Also ive been looking at the Macbook Air do they work well with the adobe cs4 software? Thanks alot!

They all “work well” with the software.
The question is, can you work well with a small display? I would avoid the MacBook Air, there’s no optical drive and it lacks easy expandability.
Why aren’t you looking at HP or Lenovo? They are great for that sort of work, and Adobe works just as well, better in many cases, on Windows.

The advantage to the HPs is that you can get them for up to 40% off the web price by going to a local HP service center to purchase it. We get extreme price breaks, and most service centers have an added incentive to sell them cheaply, the more systems we move, the better deals we get from HP. We also get more warranty work.
I have to move at least $50k worth of HP machines each year to keep my business partnership. I do the same with IBM, Lenovo, Samsung, Brother, and a few other OEMs. It sounds like alot of money, but it equates to less than a machine each week when you consider servers, printers, etc.
Not trying to push you towards any specific brand, or sell you anything…. My shop is completely vendor neutral. We sell and repair everything from Apple to Xerox.
EDIT: Also, when doing vector graphics and anything else that can generate a large pagefile, Windows will have better disk performance due to file system and disk access differences. Macs handle small files better.
